Teddy is the Group CEO of Etion Limited, Global Chairman of Aurecon and a Trustee of the South African Defence Force (SANDF) Education Trust.

He has been involved in a number of initiatives all of which have to do with how to transform societies. His reputation as a visionary business leader and specialist in strategy and diversity management has seen him play a pivotal role in the architecture of diversity management, in South African’s endeavour to achieve social and economic equity.

He regularly acts as a trusted advisor and strategist to the public and private sectors, providing consultation services to both blue chip companies and governments in the areas of strategy, public enterprise management, supply chain management and diversity management.
