Andile Nomlala is the President of the Black Management Forum (BMF). He has served in a number of leadership roles within the organisation, including the student chapter, Young Professionals, where he was one of the structure's founding members, and as the Provincial Chairperson of the Western Cape.

Currently, as the Chief Investment Officer at Strategic Partner’s Group (PTY) Ltd, a diversified investment company which is a concessionaire on the Gautrain Rapid Rail System, Nomlala leads the Investment/Commercial Department that ensures business growth through investing in other companies and/or acquisitions.

Nomlala began his career as an articled clerk at C J Hans and Associates. From there, he went on, in just a few years, to start his own financial services company, Deposit 4U, a company which earned him recognition from The Young Independents (TYI) as a finalist in the Mzansi’s 100 of 2017 under the category "The Innovators”.

Nomlala holds an Executive MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice (PGDip) from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business (UCT GSB).
